Hi, I’m Lisa and I’m a leading property manager who works as an independent.
I started out on my own after over 15 years in the industry, with the ambition of establishing a service that solves the problems that many property owners experience with larger agencies.
When you work with me, you get just that – me. No smaller teams, no calls diverting from branch to branch and, as a result, no high agency fees. You save money and gain a reliable service from a professional who cares about you and your property.
One of the biggest pain points I’ve witnessed over my time as a property manager is attention to detail. Whether it’s a missed word in a contract or overlooked damage during a property inspection, they all have one thing in common – they cost you money. To solve this, I take on a reduced client base to ensure that I can focus on delivering a consistently high quality service to you.
I work as a single property manager for two reasons – I’m good at what I do, and I love what I’m doing.
